All prices include VAT for customers in Spain and the United Kingdom.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping partners.


8. Returns & Refunds (Spain & UK)

Spain (EU Consumer Rights)

Customers in Spain may return items within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return costs may apply unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
Products must be returned in their original condition.

United Kingdom (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)

UK customers have a 30 day return right ("cooling-off period").
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Exceptions (Spain & UK)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • personalised items,

  • hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, certain beauty/personal care items).
