No Extra Fees

We do not charge any additional fees for any of our payment options. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Payment Processing Times

Direct payments (such as credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are usually processed immediately. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is completed, and we will begin processing and preparing your order for shipment as soon as possible.

Bank transfers (if applicable) may take between 1 and 3 business days to appear in our account. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

In the event of a cancellation or return, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you originally used. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after your return has been approved.

Important:
Refunds are always issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase to avoid confusion. This is in line with consumer rights regulations in Spain, ensuring that local consumer protection laws are respected.

Please Note: No Pay-Later Options

We currently do not offer pay-later services such as Klarna or AfterPay. Please make sure your payment is completed successfully before we process your order.
